Pinups for Pitbulls is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to fighting against the negative reputation that pitbulls and other bully-breed dogs have received, as well as reestablishing the defamed reputation of the Pit Bull as America's premier companion animal, war hero, and therapy dog.

Sally-Rouge became involved with them first back in 2008 when she organized a concert to help raise money for their cause. In 2009 she applied to be in their annual calendar and was accepted as Miss September 2010! From October of 2009 through the present day, Sally has made this organization her number one cause and has devoted as much of her time to it as she can manage.
