Sally is a self-taught artist who primarily works in pencil. Her interest in drawing began while modeling for art classes in various colleges and private art classes. After spending countless hours watching people draw her, Sally decided to give it a try for herself. Soon aftera new love was born and Sally has been happily sketching ever since.

Sally most enjoys cartooning and draws her influences from several well-known artists, and aspires to create her own cartooning style based on the classic images of her childhood. Chuck Jones, Hanna-Barberra, and Theodore Geisel (Dr. Suess) top the list as her most favorite and influential artists...with a big nod to Mr. Seth Mcfarlane, of course.

From 2006 to 2008, Sally and her brother Jo created the original webcomic Parlor Trick. The comic was a parody of their own lives, except they were spiders (get it? A webcomic!). Sadly, Parlor Trick had to be retired but Sally and Jo are always hopeful that time will someday allow for another such project...
